1. Consumer Rights and Guarantees

Just Clean Air acknowledges and respects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Service Scope and Warranty

2.1 Service Warranty

When you purchase our Ultimate Package, we provide a 12-month mould-free guarantee for indoor evaporator coils including the quality of our workmanship and the effectiveness of our sanitisation process .

For all other service packages we provide a 1 month warranty which covers the quality of our workmanship and the effectiveness of our sanitisation process.

Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovering the issue.

2.2 Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

Pre-existing conditions not visible during initial inspection.

Systems located in high-risk environments (commercial kitchens, beauty salons, etc.)..

Damage caused by external factors or poor maintenance.

Air conditioners over 10 years of age.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing and Payments

Payment is required upon completion of service.

We accept cash, credit card, and direct bank transfer.

Credit card payments incur a 1.5% merchant fee.

Dishonored payments will incur a $30 administration fee.

4.2 Quotes and Variations

Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Additional charges may apply for heavily contaminated systems.

Any variations to quoted work will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

5. Surcharges

Additional charges may apply for:

Services outside standard business hours.

Locations beyond 30km from our service area.

Units mounted above 2.4 meters.

Multi-story or high-rise buildings.

Parking fees and toll charges.

Additional technician requirements.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will incur a $75 fee.

No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 Pre-existing Conditions

Just Clean Air cannot be held responsible for:

Faulty electronic components or circuit boards.

Deteriorated pipe insulation or lagging.

Existing electrical or structural issues.

Wear and tear due to age or poor maintenance.

7.2 Property Damage

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage.

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Claims must be supported with photographic evidence.

8. Service Guarantee

We guarantee that our services will be:

Performed with due care and skill.

Completed within a reasonable time.

Fit for purpose as specified.

Conducted by trained and competent technicians.

9. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

Customers must allow Just Clean Air the opportunity to rectify any issues.

If unable to resolve directly, disputes will be referred to appropriate consumer protection bodies.

10. Service Records

We maintain detailed records of:

Service dates and types.

Technician notes and observations.

Any issues identified.

Recommendations for future services.

These Terms of Service are effective from 28-05-2025 and may be updated periodically.
